Cusco Private Transport, a brand used by VIAJES HILARIO E.I.R.L., is committed to preventing the Sexual Exploitation of Children and Adolescents in the tourism sector, known in Peru as ESNNA.
The company expressly rejects any conduct that promotes, facilitates, tolerates, or conceals the sexual exploitation of children or adolescents.
2. Legal Framework
This commitment is primarily based on Law No. 32392, the New General Tourism Law, and its Regulations approved by Supreme Decree No. 002-2026-MINCETUR.
Law No. 30963, related to sexual exploitation offenses and associated crimes, is also taken into consideration.
Cusco Private Transport will comply with the current provisions applicable to tourism service providers regarding the prevention of ESNNA.
3. Company Commitments
VIAJES HILARIO E.I.R.L., with respect to the services offered under the Cusco Private Transport brand, is committed to:
- Not promoting, offering, facilitating, or tolerating activities related to the sexual exploitation of children and adolescents.
- Preventing its services, vehicles, or communication channels from being used to facilitate such conduct.
- Raising awareness among staff and collaborators regarding the prevention of ESNNA.
- Promoting responsible conduct among customers, passengers, suppliers, and collaborators.
- Reporting circumstances potentially related to sexual exploitation to the competent authorities where appropriate.
- Displaying and respecting official prevention materials issued by the competent authorities.
4. Reporting and Assistance Channels
Situations that may be related to sexual exploitation, human trafficking, or associated conduct may be reported to the Central Reporting Service of Peru’s Ministry of the Interior.
